In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Grisson of No 97 Fenchurch Street in the City of London Bricklayer and builder being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding thanks be to almighty God for the same So make this my will as follows whereas I am ??? to a share of the Leasehold(?) ... wherein(?) I now dwell for a long term(?) of years ... and carry on the Business of a Bricklayer and Builder in Copartnership with Mrs Sarah Clark widow now I so hereby(?) give and bequeath to my dear(?) wife Peggy Grisson all my share and interest in the said premises to and for her sole use and benefit and ??? her to continue in copartnership with the said Sarah Clarke but in case(?) my wife shall die before the expiration(?) of such Lease = then my will is that my share and Interest therein(?) for the remainder of this time(?) may be sold and the money arising by such sale I give and bequeath to my dear(?) daughter Mary Grisson by my former wife and my ??? Peggy Grisson Buck now living with ??? equally between them = share and share alike and in case of the death of either of them ??? the whole to the Survivor I give to my said daughter Mary Ten pounds on her attaining the age of Twenty one years and to my Sister Mary Buck the sum of Ten pounds to be paid ??? as soon as may be after my ??? by my Executrix after named and all the ??? and Remainder of my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresover and of what nature or b??? I give and bequeath to my said dear(?) wife Peggy Grisson who I hereby appoint sole Executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made I do declare this to be my last will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Thomas Grisson have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Sixteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and nineteen(?) '???' indicates what I believe to be a single word which I couldn't make out, and '...' indicates a sequence of such words. '(?)' indicates that I am not certain of my reading of the last word.]
