Mrs Eleanor Andrews widow, she had a Daughter Elizabeth, by Samuel Yeo Esq3, she removed fm Westbury & lived & died at Bath, she was buried within the Communion Rails on the North side the Chancel aged 61 & 8 months or near it & was paid 6s/8.d by her Daughter of the hands of Mr John Mackey June 12th 1769 for my attendance Fee as Witness my hand Thos Hewitt Vicar buried April 5th 1769
